Greenhope thanks everyone! The beautiful day on Saturday 24.09.2016 had a proceeds of CHF 1000.- + CHF 110.- of donations. In addition, material was sold for CHF 710.-
All proceeds go entirely to donation!
PSsport and Tennis club Bellinzona a winning pairing, Greenhope thanks
Great success for the second edition of "Il grande tennis torna in Ticino" held on Saturday 24 September at the tennis center of the capital. The presence of the likes of Adrien Bossel, Filippo Volandri, David Marrero and Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo has attracted hundreds of spectators young and old.
The favorable weather, the stands installed for the occasion and the logistical details prepared by the organizers, ensured the perfect performance of the day. The players particularly liked the great professionalism and remarkable technical skills, combined with a remarkable sympathy and humorous spirit, which amused the large audience. Our four Ticino talents, Susan Bandecchi, Kim Fontana, Remy Bertola and Gabriele Currlin were radiant after being able to play in the morning with the young people of the tennis school and in the afternoon with the big ones in doubles matches.
For the TC in Bellinzona it was an excellent opportunity to test their skills in view of the celebrations of the 30th foundation and the Swiss junior championships, which will take place from 8 to 15 July 2017.
Great satisfaction also reported by the managers of the Greenhope foundation (Charitable Foundation that involves and sensitizes the sports community in the fight against childhood cancer) which has collected many donations from those present.
Given the success, the organizers have already confirmed their intention to hold such an event also in 2017.
